EGNOS 52 SUPER SERIES Cascais Cup – Race 7 Summary

Quantum Racing win the penultimate race of the EGNOS 52 SUPER SERIES Cascais Cup with Azzurra in third. So Azzurra have a three point lead going into the last race of the season as they seek to deny Quantum Racing’s potential five from five clean sweep of 2016 regatta titles.

Quantum Racing led up the first beat ahead of Platoon and Azzurra, racing in bright sunshine and 11 to 13kts of southerly breeze. There were few passing options and Quantum Racing held on to win. Rán Racing kept Provezza behind them to strengthen their claim to third overall for the season.
