2016 Puerto Portals Sailing Week – Race 3 Summary

Bronenosec won the third race of the Puerto Portals Sailing Week and so take the overall lead of the regatta, while sistership Azzurra take second and move to third overall. Bronenosec made a peach of a pin end start and were able to cross the fleet to gain control of the fleet on the preferred right side. Azzurra started well too in the 12kt breeze from 230 degrees and were always secure in second in the steady conditions. Platoon took third from a nail biting head to head with training partners Quantum Racing which finished fourth.
