Rán Racing win Race 8

Adding to their second place in Race 7 Niklas Zennstrom’s Ran Racing completed their best day yet at the TP52 World Championship when they won Race 8 ahead of Quantum Racing. Azzurra finished third to maintaint their overall lead going in to Saturday, the final day of the championship.

Ran read the first beat well to establish the early lead ahead of Bronenosec and Azzurra. So Azzurra remain on course for their first TP52 world title under the flag of the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda while Quantum Racing’s fourth and second today gives them two points of daylight in second overall.
