Race 5 – Bronenosec Take Pole Position

At the midpoint of the Royal Cup it is Bronenosec that lead after winning Race 5. In 11-14kts of seabreeze they started in the middle of the line and managed to stay in the best wind pressure during a tricky first beat. They led around the top mark from Provezza in second with Platoon third. Bronenosec held on to win and with Azzurra in fifth, it is the Russian-flagged team that now tops the leaderboard.
