Race 2 Report: Small overall lead for Quantum Racing

Victory in Race 2 in Capri at the BARCLAYS 52 SUPER SERIES gives Quantum Racing a small overall lead. The defending champions added their win to a fourth place in Race 1 to lead Azzurra which post two third places from the light airs contests.

Quantum Racing made a peach of a start, pushing forwards early and accelerating quickly to roll Gladiator at the pin end of the start line. That was enough of an early jump for Ed Baird and team to extend slightly away from Vesper who finished second.

After winning the first race Phoenix struggled off the start line and finished seventh while Ran Racing took eighth.
