Trinity

Trinity are an ambitious brand new Swedish team led by owner Joakim Sundberg, a young, next generation newcomer to grand prix racing who will dedicate his coming years to getting near the front of the 52 SUPER SERIES fleet. Sundberg set foot in race boat for the first time only a couple of years ago and has done all he can to fast track his skills and those of his team to make the best possible start to the season. Through the winter of 2025-2026 they trained in Palma in a Cape31 going on to win the class at Trofeo Princesa Sofia. They have Ed Baird as tactician, Marcus Höglander steers and they have Rossco Halcrow joined as trimmer. Navigator Johan Barne was with Platoon as was Halcrow, and grinder Andy Axelsson who is partnered by double Finn Olympian and Sail GP champion Jake Lilley.
They have a brand new Botin designed boat – from the hull mould of Platoon and Alegre – and are a team to watch.
