EGNOS 52 SUPER SERIES Cascais Cup – Race 6 Summary

Bronensosec won the second race of the day in a modest six to nine knots of breeze, but with Azzurra second to Quantum Racing’s third, the team of the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda now lead the EGNOS 52 SUPER SERIES Cascais Cup by five clear points. Bronenosec led around Mark 1 with Azzurra second and that was the order all the way around the track. With Sled scoring an eighth, Quantum Racing rise to second overall but will need to overturn that five point deficit on the last day of the season if they are to complete their perfect run of five regatta wins from five this season. Provezza finished ninth, four places behind Rán Racing so Zennström’s team regain third overall for the season.
