CONGRATULATIONS to Quantum Racing for winning the 2016 Audi Settimana delle Bocche

CONGRATULATIONS to Quantum Racing for winning the Audi Settimana delle Bocche regatta with a third place from a breezy foam up of a final race which was won by Rán Racing.

Rán led at the top mark with a comfortable lead over Quantum Racing and Alegre. Azzurra’s problems were several, they took a penalty at the start for infringing Provezza at the pin end of the line and then suffered a mechanical failure and had to retire. Provezza lost their main halyard off the start and had to stop to repair. The 22 to 25kts conditions were the best of the season so far. Alegre passed Quantum Racing down the first run and took second across the line behind the runaway Rán. Rán take second overall with Platoon and Azzurra tied for third.
