What’s the challenge?
To push the weight of a TP52 in the fastest time possible.

To complete the challenge, you must:

  1. Decide if you will push weights, or do push-ups.
  2. Calculate how many reps are required to reach the weight of a TP52 (6975kg). The weight of a push-up is calculated at 65% of your total body weight.
  3. Record and save your workout as a timelapse video.
  4. Set up a timer to track time taken to complete the challenge.
  5. Copy the text in the section below.
  6. Post the video as an Instagram story, paste the text from the section below, fill in the details and nominate three others to complete the challenge.
