Race 7 – Provezza Show Strength

Ergin Imre’s Provezza won the second race of the day, but third place for Quantum Racing sees the three-times champions move out to a nine-point lead over Sled. Platoon’s 10th – their worst score of the regatta so far – drops them to third behind Takashi Okura’s Sled team.

Race 7 of the Šibenik 52 SUPER SERIES Sailing Week saw Provezza gain early on the left side of the track upwind, squeezing around the windward mark with Quantum Racing second and Sled third.

So going into the final day of the first regatta of the season, Quantum Racing are in a strong position ahead of Sled with Platoon third, only two points separating second and third.
