Scarlino in Tuscany welcomes the fleet back in May, another tricky venue of usually light-to-moderate airs. Reigning TP52 world champions Quantum Racing will be defending their title against a host of worthy contenders.
With a mild microclimate – often 7 to 8 degrees warmer than nearby Florence – sailors can expect dry, breezy and warm conditions with a predominantly west to northwesterly prevailing wind.

Founded in 2020, the Yacht Club Isole di Toscana in Scarlino draws on a rich, recent history for delivering high level regattas from national championships to big international events. The Club is based at the Marina di Scarlino complex which has become increasingly popular with competing sailors for its passionate, warm welcome and its strength and skills in delivering great regattas. The club nicely complements the comprehensive range of services offered by the Marina to ensure that all the necessary ingredients are on hand to ensure each visit and each event is a positive experience.
