EGNOS 52 SUPER SERIES Cascais Cup – Race 3 Summary

Vladimir Liubomirov’s Bronenosec win Race 3 of the EGNOS 52 SUPER SERIES Cascais Cup with a small margin over regatta leaders Azzurra. Azzurra read the shifty breeze best on the first upwind and led at the top mark. Bronenosec stayed right on the first, offshore and won extra wind pressure to lead at the gate. Quantum Racing keep the pressure on Azzurra with a third place after losing out slightly when they were stuck shy of layline at the windward mark. Sled made a nice comeback after being over the start line to cross fourth behind Quantum Racing who have Ed Baird back on the helm.
